The Ko`olauloa Educational Alliance Corporation has received a grant from the Friends of Hawaii Charities/Turtle Bay Golf Tournaments to develop an alumni database to:

1. Help Kahuku High track Kahuku graduates.

2. Connect graduating seniors with alumni who are either in the career these young people wish to pursue; live in the city they are moving to; attend or did attend the same college; etc.

3. Help refine the KAHUKU.ORG customer database and email list.

We are asking for your cooperation in gathering this information. Please fill in as much of the information on the survey as you can. We want to give our graduates the best possible chance for success and, with your support, they can succeed.

The information collected will not be shared with anyone outside of Kahuku High, KAHUKU.ORG, or Kahuku alumni.
